JOIN US AS A VOLUNTEER
DURING THE WORLD CUP EVENTING
 The programme Strzegom Horse Trials for Volunteers was launched in 2007. More than 150 volunteers were involved in the organization of two editions of this event in Strzegom. We have just started the recruitment to the 2011 Programme for Volunteers. Who is wanted?
We would like to invite everybody. Each pair of helping hands would be useful. In average day of competition lasting three or four days require about 150 volunteers who would help in information posts, computer service, they would also look after riders as well as horses. We would need volunteers during the dressage test, show jumping of cross country judgeship, on a parking for cars and vans as well as serving soft drinks and sticking posters, delivering leaflets, etc.
Each person over 18 is right to be a volunteer.
 How does it work?
If you want to be a volunteer you have to register yourself by filling in a form in a database of volunteers. The form is available on internet event page- www.worldcupstrzegom.pl. After registration you will be getting succession information related to your participation in Volunteer Program Strzegom Horse Trials.
You should also discharge the registration fee amount 50 PLN -which will be return - when you arrive on the first day of event.
Do you need any training?
Some information related to Horse Trials Eventing series rules might be very useful for you. For all volunteers the training course will be prepared on the first day of the Event. Additionally you will be provided with full instruction prepared for each separate day by organizing team of Event. If during the Event you will not be sure in which way to do something, do not hesitate, and ask the organizers or the Coordinator of the Programme.
 Can I take my friend?
Yes, of course the event usually needs all offered helping hands. If you could bring a friend with you it would be even better, but talk about it with the organizers or the Coordinator. Remember! The earlier application is required.
What about my data?
Information you hand over to us will be used only in this particular case – organization of Strzegom Horse Trials. Database of volunteers is not used in any other way.
 What do we provide?
All volunteers are covered by accident insurance (NW) during the Event. We provide accommodation (camping site with sanitary) and two meals a day (one is hot). Additionally we offer a discount coupon to use on the exhibition stalls during Event.
